Terms and Conditions

  1.  All Catalogue Prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
     
  2. All Measurements and sizes given in our catalogue are approximate and should be checked first if size is critical.Due to how acrylic is made there can be a tolerance in thickness, please bear this in mind with any orders and ask for further details if this could be an issue.
     
  3. Dauphin Acrylic Design reserves the copyright on all its designs illustrated in this catalogue.
  4. Delivery Check: It is the responsibility of the client to check the goods before accepting delivery. Once the client has accepted delivery the Company can not be held responsible for any subsequent damage of defect.
  5. Any Queries or damage on delivery must be notified by telephone immediately and confirmed in writing within seven days of receipt, otherwise it will not be covered by insurance and we cannot accept responsibility.
     
  6. All Clients are advised to thoroughly test the products before using them, as the Company accepts no responsibility, once they have left their premises, for any loss or damage resulting from their use.
     
  7. Client’s Property: Clients who leave items with us do so at there own risk and, whilst every care will be taken, Dauphin Acrylic Design or its employees cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Clients are advised to check that their own insurance cover is adequate.
     
  8. Payments: Normal terms are for payment with order on all stock items. Special Custom Made items are charged at 50% deposit with order and balance on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If custom order is less than £200 100% may be asked for as deposit.
     
  9. Discounts: Any discounts given are conditional upon payment being made within the terms specified on this Invoice.
     
  10. The Company does not undertake any work on a speculative basis. All work or costs, including on-site visits, carried out on client’s instructions are chargeable, unless specifically stated in writing by the Company. The Company reserves the right to impose a surcharge of up to 10% on late paymentsand void any discounts as mentioned above.
